Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for the following postcodes at a set price of £4 per order. 

CH41, CH42, CH43, CH44, CH45, CH46, CH47, CH48, CH49, CH60, CH61, CH62, CH63

Please note you are responsible for any returns within the 30 day return policy below.  All items must be returned to 7 Bentley Road CH61 9QB by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Wirral Bargains. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns and refunds.

  1. 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. 

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at wirralbargains@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

  6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at wirralbargains@gmail.com

  7. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect or damage, please contact us at wirralbargains@gmail.com to arrange the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item.

  8. Changes to This Policy: We reserve the right to update or change our returns and refunds policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated.
